Each bringing their own unique skills and expertise, Becky, Beckie, and Kirsty share a love for all things hair, from color transformations to lush locks and bridal styling. BECKY - BLONDE SPECIALIST

With over 10 years of experience in the hair industry, my journey began at just 12 years old as a Saturday girl. I quickly fell in love with salon life, inspired by the confidence and joy that comes from helping women achieve their dream hair.

My passion lies in creating effortless, beachy, lived-in styles and stunning blondes. Specialising in high-lift blondes, I love nothing more than packing in those foils to create beautifully bright results. I’m always eager to learn, constantly refining my skills through training and staying ahead of the latest trends. Look

One of my proudest achievements was opening my own salon at just 25. My goal was to create a high-end, welcoming, and relaxing space where both clients and stylists can thrive and I couldn’t t be prouder of what we’ve built!

KIRSTY - WEDDING HAIR SPECAILIST

I specialise in exceptional, contemporary bridal hair artistry, offering on-location wedding and bridal hair services as a freelance stylist. With over 10 years of experience and over 500 weddings under my belt, bridal hair is my true passion.

As demand for my services has increased, I’ve begun expanding and training my own team of trusted stylists to ensure every bride receives the highest level of care and expertise.

In addition to my bridal work, I am also the proud owner of Novia, where I hold bridal trials, masterclasses, and 1:1 training sessions. Whether you’re a bride-to-be or a stylist looking to refine your skills, you’ll find me at Novia, dedicated to making every hair moment unforgettable.

BECKIE - EXTENSION SPECIAIST

I’m a professional hairstylist and colourist with a passion for creating seamless, dimensional colour. While I specialise in hair extensions, I also love working with techniques like colour melts, highlights and lowlights, shadow roots, money pieces, balayage, foilyage, and lived-in blondes. Staying up to date with the latest trends is so important to me, ensuring every client achieves their dream hair.

I’ve been part of Novia since the very beginning, and a year ago, I was honoured to be given the opportunity to become a co-owner. It’s been an incredible journey, and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of such a creative and inspiring space.
